Add autodismissal time-to-live progress bar about react-hot-toast HOT 4 OPEN

Hey, thanks for bringing that up. I'm still torn if I want to add a progress bar to the library. I personally think it's not really necessary for most types of notifications. For actionable notification it probably makes sense, since it creates urgency for the user to act. But otherwise, I'd prefer to keep the look of minimal.
It also adds a new layer of complexity to the customisation, so I'd rather be careful.

But I definitely think we should offer a way to add one if you need it. I'll do some API exploration on how we could solve this. It should be as easy as possible while remaining flexible.
