Git 2.4.0 not working on Mac 10.7.5 about git_osx_installer HOT 6 OPEN

Git doesn't install an application in your Applications folder. You need to use the Terminal application to access git.

In the Terminal, type git --version and see what you get.

Only snow leopard git version worked on my mac 10.7.5 current version did not work.
