provide worker:pause() with a timeout about copastimer HOT 2 CLOSED

implementation should be a timer, to be stored in the worker object. The timer cancel method should reinsert the worker in the active worker list.

The timer should remain in the object, so it can be rearmed without recreating a new timer every time.

The getworker should also return the worker table when it is currently paused.

The removeworker method should cancel the pause timer to prevent automatic reinsertion.
