So the buttons should just have classes on them and it works peachy?

Well that was the way I went about doing it, and everything is working peachy. :)

The main issue was that the jQueryMobile button was rendering as normal, and the css properties for the sigPad button were also rendered with a softer, redder version of the text/button displaying below it.

So I thought I'd just disable your "theme" treatment of the button only in my mobile version, hence the reason I went with classes. I'm certain there's a better way, and I should have just reported the defect as opposed to dictating the solution. Sorry about that. I hope that helps clarify things.
