I think it's related to this commit b5190cd, saying ForceEnableMirror is redundant...please indicate how to enable rearview mirror in full car view without this option?

ForceEnableMirror is available here for all games. All other features can be disabled if you don't want them. It was removed because rendering the mirror at all times requires an increase in LOD, resolution, and memory pool. The HD Reflections mod does all of this for Most Wanted and the other NFS games.
