似乎区别在于保留bbox标准上的不同。
dota要求一个裁剪至少有一个目标的IOU仍大于0.7则保留这个patch
@yangxue0827 抱歉我没太理解你的做法，主要在于以下这个条件
cond2 = np.intersect1d(np.where(center_y[:] <= (bottom_right_row - top_left_row))[0]
np.where(center_x[:] <= (bottom_right_col - top_left_col))[0])
似乎是在用目标的宽高和中心点作比较，这个是什么意思呢？
