I also discovered the use of the left and right arrow during this -- IMO this feature needs to be documented in the interface somewhere.

There is also the fact that the Quit menu item has no Ctrl+Q accel (which must mean you are not using the stock QUIT action, which does have that accel).

I agree that the left/right arrow use should be somehow visible to the user, but the only place to put this kind of information is the status bar, and new users tend to ignore it completely.

  • 1,2,3,4,5,6 to switch the 'active' color in the comparison display
  • alt+k,g,o to switch tabs
