Yes – I can sudo ping api.netatmo.net without problems from the raspi. I’m having a static IP from my provider – but I use also other apps from my LAN (Netatwin under Windows 10) with my public IP address to access netatmo – without any problems, so I assume my IP isn’t banned. Tried the api via web with my public ip address from my pc – no problems so far, so I assume – it must be a raspi pimatic problem. Also, as I wrote – I can reach api.netatmo.net from raspi with sudo ping. My credentials shouldn’t be locked, because I used the same access_token what I’m using with my pimatic-netatmo config. Also restarted my raspi – doesn’t help. What is the URL you are using to get connected and read the data? I want to try this URL from my PC – and if successfully from RASPI GUI.
