I'm a newbie to vim so probably some ideas of mine are pretty dumb.
As far as i know you can select multiple lines in visual block mode and edit them all at once with a vertical cursor. (String editing, parenthesis, etc)

Another one would be in line search, whole buffer search and search and replace (with user confirmation) operations.

There is vimtutor where you can read and learn how to do this stuff but i guess I'm not the only one who would love to see a training where you use these commands as long as you want with different texts.

For me it's hard to use all those nice vim features while coding when i have to re read everything every time again that i forgot since the last time i visited vimtutor. A hardcore training would be amazing to keep it in mind for longer time.

Interesting ideas. I wouldn't call them dumb at all. I'll see if I can come up with any games around this.
