Some error in the update logic. For now you can just download the latest release and extract it to where ever your hydra instance is installed.

If you want to help me find the bug: Start the old version, enable debug log level in the config, save, try to update again. Post the complete debug infos.

EDIT: The issue seems to be it doesn't look at the control id already present in home/user/.config/nzbhydra2/ when using the --datafolder option.
EDIT2: Also means any time hydra has to restart ala settings save, it tries to read the control id in the wrong place so fails to start...
