To remove theos, rm -rf $THEOS, where $THEOS is the theos install directory: Usually it's /opt/theos or ~/theos.

Even though in your case, installing fresh won't help. You should patch your header set to become proper/usable or go for the unadvisable solution – have class declarations you need inside your project yourself, without including private-method-containing headers.
