ok guys, i have found from where the problem comes. it is wordpress importer.
it leaves empty fw_options meta value in post_meta database table when meta value character is big.
in one page i had a fw_options post meta with 3000 chars, and it didnt throw error.
in another page if i had 9000 characters, then it is not importing. will continue on looking to importer now.

i have solved the problem. when importing content, i was also importing attachments with included few mp3 and videos. so i guess it was having timeout issues. without video and mp3 attachments, everything is working great.
