Miscalculation on a 1/8 3/8 pattern about lilypond-midiswing HOT 1 OPEN

Hi! Thank you for filing this report. I had honestly forgotten about this repository until recently; at some point I decided it wasn't worth the extra hassle and moved on to other LilyPond pursuits. I should have marked it as abandoned...

...but that doesn't mean I abandoned my desire for this...

...and a couple of weeks ago I learned something really awesome! The new development release 2.21 includes midi output swing capabilities! I have done a little bit of testing in the last couple of weeks and it seems to work wonderfully, even when simply copy-pasted into the official 2.20 release code. Which makes this already out-of-date project even more obsolete.

Part of me is curious what I did 3 years ago, and what might be causing the bug you found. But first, I would suggest that you try the official solution and see whether the bug persists across implementations. If it does, or if my solution is somehow necessary to your workflow, or even if you just want to watch me struggle, let me know and I'll come back to try and fix it!
