There are some constrains in the code splitting and javascript bundling in general, and not being able to import "random strings" is one of them.
Just move things a little and pass not "string", but actually an "importer"

import PageLoader from 'components/PageLoader';
const ComponentOne = PageLoader(() => import('containers/ComponentOne'));
const ComponentTwo = PageLoader(() => import('containers/ComponentTwo'));
const ComponentThree = PageLoader(() => import('containers/ComponentThree'));

// ---
import React from 'react';
import importedComponent from 'react-imported-component';

const LoadingComponent = () => <div>Loading...</div>;
const ErrorComponent = () => <div>An Error Occured</div>;

const PageLoader = importer =>
	importedComponent(importer, {
		LoadingComponent,
		ErrorComponent,
	});

export default PageLoader;

Thanks, this solution seems to work just fine
