Validation and Error examples about kformmaster HOT 3 CLOSED

Hey @TheJuki thanks for the pointers. It was me being silly, as usual...

If you look at the code above I have:

  text {
    required
  }

Instead of:

  text {
    required = true
  }

For some reason I thought it would override the default false value. So that is why it is always going through.
Nice to have the pointers to code anyway! :)

Unfortunately, you have handle validation yourself. So, you'll need to determine if each element is valid or not and set the error if it is not. The error value is set to null when the element is changed.

It should detect if the element value is null or empty. But if it is not then you can add a check yourself before setting the error.
