Just got my brand new Q1 yesterday - same connection issue.
I have 3 other Q1's and haven't had any issues with these - so something must have changed in either the Q1 or Via.
The Q1 is flashed with the latest firmware.
Any insights into this will be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE - GOT IT WORKING!
Just messed around with this on my new Q1 a bit more. Couldn't get anything working - then I tried this: https://usevia.app/
From here I can successfully authorize and configure my keyboard! (Remember to enable Design and upload the JSON file from Keychron).

I wasn't aware of the web interface app -- while trying this it does
recognize both the Q0 and Q1 however i cant load both
