This error indicates your data have some number error. You can see more information here. There are maybe 3 scenes having error. You need to fix the error manually or apply this patch. The command is somewhat similar to this. In my case, i download the data form here and the errors are already fixed so i don't need to patch the error.

@SijanNeupane49 I removed the files: s3dis/Stanford3dDataset_v1.2/Area_1/wc_1 and s3dis/Stanford3dDataset_v1.2/Area_6/hallway_2.

Thank you all for your fast reply. @thangvubk I also downloaded the data from the same link however I got the data with errors. I solved the errors manually and now I got all Areas processed.

The blue values in the s3dis dataset contain 2 texts.
