We ignore 2 first classes and derive instances directly from semantic maps since it is common that the scene has only one instance for these classes in S3DIS dataset. In #6, he successfully trained the model on S3DIS. If you didn't change anything, it seems weird that the proposals_idx_list is empty. Btw, does this problem happen at the beginning or middle of the training.
