Simple JavaScript library to encode/decode Base64.

Examples:

To Encode: Base64.encode('textToEncode'); (returns dGV4dFRvRW5jb2Rl)

To Decode: Base64.decode('dGV4dFRvRW5jb2Rl'); (returns textToEncode)
