422 是文件已经存在了，提示信息足够充分了，暂时没有时间写文档。

另外我看配置是有问题的。
仓库明是 用户名/仓库 的格式。
开发用的是自部署的 gitlab ，gitlab.com 暂时没有测试。

抱歉，刚测了下Github图床是没问题的
以为Gitlab没能上传图片，Github可能也一样无法上传图片
Gitlab也有Token相关的设置，能否新增对于Gitlab网页版图床的功能？

gitlab网页版下版本会适配。目前的gitlab是自部署开源版本。感谢反馈。
