May I know which Lazy Load plugin are you referring to? It is possible to make Fluidbox compatible with them as long as they provide a callback for each instance of an image (or images) being successfully lazy loaded, in the following format (just an example):
$('img').lazyLoad(function() {
$(this).fluidbox();
});
The reason why Fluidbox relies on the imagesLoaded plugin is so that the script has access to the original image dimensions in order to overlay the ghost image element over the actual <img>
element correctly.
from fluidbox.
I use Unveil for image lazy loading for example https://github.com/luis-almeida/unveil
from fluidbox.
Unveil offers a callback functionality, according to their documentation. You should be able to trigger that with something like this:
$("img").unveil(200, function() {
$(this).load(function() {
$(this).parent('a').fluidbox();
});
});
Given that you follow the nomenclature specified in Fluidbox documentation:
<a href="...">
<img src="..." alt="..." />
</a>
from fluidbox.
