fix：【CMDB+v3.13.2-feature-layered1】新建主机和集群/模块自定义字段，设置对应默认值后，在对应主机详情和集群节点信息下查看对应的字段直接显示了默认值，应该点击编辑后在显示默认值 about bk-cmdb HOT 3 CLOSED

编辑时不自动填入默认值，仅在“创建”时填入，后期针对默认值填写交互会再专门优化

结论：维持原先的交互形式，编辑字段场景下，输入某人不填充默认值，只在新建场景下出现默认值即可。yunyao会将编辑场景下字段出现默认值这个修复从版本里下掉
原因：在编辑场景下，对于“值为空”的字段直接填充默认值会让用户误认为这个字段是有值的，这个交互过于强势，会按照新单据跟进这个场景。
