发版带一个 CDN 版本

社区有个 UNPKG 的 CDN 服务，所有 NPM 包都会对应发布一个 CDN 版本的

例如

可以在一次 release 发版后，changelog 里提及的 issue 自动评论需要升级的版本号，并关闭 issue 不？
