目前来看，原有的PluginManagerThatUseDynamicLoader应该不用动。由PluginManagerImpl持有多个PluginManagerThatUseDynamicLoader管理多个进程即可。
PluginManagerThatUseDynamicLoader应该考虑不再直接实现PluginManagerImpl接口。

这都2022年了，shadow官方还是没有对 多插件多进程多PPS的情况做支持吗？
