不知10%-30%的性能提升是怎么测出来的？我本地测的时候，计算时间有时反而增大了。正常情况下，计算时间减少也不明显

功耗是厂商拿微信包做的测试，详细数据要看厂商是否同意公开。
目前是由app明确提出开始和结束时间细化了需要提频的时间才控制了耗电量，永久打开肯定有问题的。
