Events are now captured before the browser page is allowed to capture, but this is still not perfect.
Need better definition between inert and non insert mode.
- If insert mode - we do nothing.
- If ESC pressed - force focus away form selected node and enter insert mode. While in insert mode, stop propagation of all key events.
- Insert mode is re-entered if a) insert mode key is pressed, or b) if an editable node is selected. Therefore we need to change to see if an editable node has gained focus.

This is now fixed as CTRL-f is used for link hint mode
