For anyone that does pick this up: will we need to run npm run build_ko
(like we do for the dashboard, see its package.json) and then reference the new extension hash in the extension service yaml?
We get a new hash whenever we build the bundle and its web content changes (the hash is from the source code). Investigate and see if just building and pushing the image is enough or not.

@akihikokuroda Vincent has been an absolute hero again: I've just pulled images OK that he's made available now.
The coordinates are:
- gcr.io/tekton-nightly/extension:latest
- gcr.io/tekton-nightly/sink:latest
@vdemeester - I'm going to close this off as I believe your work here is now done!
@jessm12 is going to work on our docs to refer to said images for consumers to use.
