I have the same problem in my school. I want my students can upload their files to github, and just the first five are allowed to connect.
Is there any solution for this?

This seems to be more an issue related with your network configuration that a specific TCExam issue.
However, if all students are sharing the same IP address, I suggest to set K_CHECK_SESSION_FINGERPRINT constant to false and K_BRUTE_FORCE_DELAY_RATIO to 0.
