If you have A1 = A(t1), B0 = B(t0), and C0 = C(t0), and no value for A(t0) you cannot integrate your ODE to determine B(t1) and C(t1) (or even B(t0+dt), C(t0+dt), A(t0), nor A(t0+dt)).
So mathematics says "no". You need values for A B and C at t=t to determine values for A B and C at t=t+dt.

If for your system you have a mass balance equation, for example A0 + B0 + C0 = 1, you can use that to find A0.
