get up to date with grunt and update tasks about backbone-boilerplate HOT 5 CLOSED

I updated grunt to the latest version (I believe) by running npm install in the /build/node_modules/grunt folder. I then added var underscore = _; at the head of /build/tasks/jst/jst.js and replaced _ with underscore throughout the file.

I then ran node build - completed without error. I ran node build/server debug, hit http://127.0.0.1:8000 with my browser, and the sample boilerplate project displayed correctly.

Lemme know if I left anything out.

Upgrading Grunt to the latest is a little bit more involved since you need to remove .gitignore, the jshint folder, the .git folder, etc.

I have a separate repo that I'm going to be actively maintaining the build tasks in, so we should move changes for that there. I'll merge them in over here once I'm sure they are stable.

Yeah to be honest, I just gotta put together some formal contribution docs so people can help out easier. Like upgrading Grunt should be a documented process.

Grunt has been updated in both branches. I'm working on a new process to better this.
