This is a major issue for me as well. I cannot reasonably separate my code into separate object files that handle part of argument parsing for themselves into a single executable.

The point of the different test namespace abusing macros like that is so I could test the no-exception mode in the same unit test file. I'm not aware of a better way to do it (though I am open to suggestions). Either way, with the include guards I can do the same thing with just an undef. I've pushed this change as version 6.0.2
