Red5Phone does not start about red5phone HOT 8 OPEN

If the sip.zip file is in the webapps folder, you need to move it to another 
location.

I have the same problem. 

The red5 work! 
So if a put http://localhost:5080/ the index page of red5 appear.

But when i put http://localhost:5080/sip I get a 503 HTTP Error:

Service unavailable

Please somebody help.

Hello,

I got the same problem that when I replace red5.jar, red5 doesn't start up. 
Doing a
diff between the two jars, it can be seen that the one provided here has quite 
a few
extra classes. Could someone please provide a short description of how the new 
jar
was build.
