anthrodisturbance_dataprep icon anthrodisturbance_dataprep

This is a data preparation module to harmonize different athropogenic disturbance datasets. It's primarily intended for the Northwest Territories region (default), but the structure is universal. All needed to do is provide the metadata information required by the `disturbanceDT` object and it generated the list (general category) of lists (specific class) needed for generating disturbance layer

anthrodisturbance_generator icon anthrodisturbance_generator

This is a module to generate anthropogenic disturbances. It's primarily intended for the Northwest Territories region (default), but the structure is universal. All needed to do is provide the metadata information required by the disturbanceParameters object and the disturbanceList containing current disturbances and potential disturbances (i.e., for disturbances of Generating type, explained below).

anthrodisturbance_nt icon anthrodisturbance_nt

Project for NWT Cumulative Impact Monitoring Program (CIMP): Can caribou coexist with human development in Northern Canada? Forecasting land use changes using resource development potential mapping to improve caribou future forecasts.

biomass_borealdataprep icon biomass_borealdataprep

Module to parameterize the Landis Biomass Succession Model in R, for the Canadian Boreal forest

canclimatedata icon canclimatedata

Prepare Canadian historic and projected climate data for use with LandR.CS and fireSense

cariboucip icon cariboucip

SpaDES compatible module for caribou co-informed predictions using resource selection function and habitat suitability index models

caribouik icon caribouik

SpaDES module for fitting and predicting caribou habitat suitability index based on Indigenous Knowledge

cariboupopgrowth_disturbance icon cariboupopgrowth_disturbance

This module will harmonize an object called `disturbanceList`into `bufferedAnthropogenicDisturbance500m`.It is a connection module between potential resources generator and the caribou population growth modules

cariboursf_nt icon cariboursf_nt

This is a module that implements the Boreal CaribouResource Selection Function model developed by DeMars et al., 2019 for the Northwest Territories in Canada

clus icon clus

caribou and land use simulator- used for decision support surrounding land use policies and caribou management

comm_metricsnwt icon comm_metricsnwt

Community metrics SpaDES module. Was developed for the NWT but is flexible to be used anywhere

cropreproject icon cropreproject

cropReproject is a SpaDES module to crop and / or reproject rasters to study areas and/or other cartographic projections. It allows for the use of either the raster package or the sf/gdal package.

In this repository you will find all codes and data needed to run all analysis presented in the manuscript Micheletti et al. in prep. Relaxing the assumption of independent capturing, marking, and observing events of a classical integrated capture-resight and counting model when using a comparable state-space integrated model can improve population parameter estimates for sparse datasets
