Hey,

My 1st target is single chromecast usage. But you can control multiple chromecasts with it. Once I have the Xamarin stuff completed and smaller fixes done I will look documenting and making using multiple chromecats at once easier.

I too am very interested in this application. We are currently adding casting support to our application, and it is created to allow multicasting to multiple chromecast devices (or other devices). Would love to help.

I will write a sample that controls few chromecasts at once.

I would also be interested to see a sample that controls multiple chromecasts. Is it available somewhere?
Thanks!

Hey, I never got into writing a good sample how to drive multiple chromecast. I will write one as part of the refactoring #119

Since there wasn't an official sample yet I was thinking about 2 ways of implementing this:

  1. Create a separate ChromeCastClient for each chromecast independent of the ChromecastService which only manages a single client
  2. Use the single client from the ChromecastService to connect, perform a command, then disconnect for each device as needed

Each would have their pros and cons depending on what is needed

Closing this issue since I'm not planning to add this.
