Remove IE6/7 prefix support about tachyons HOT 5 CLOSED

Been the thorn in my side for months... Can't find a better replacement for basscss than tachyons (hucssley doesn't have a stable release yet), don't wanna use clunkier build tools than parcel, don't wanna keep using outdated parcel versions.

Judging from the git dates, this project isn't active anymore?

It isn't abandoned, it would be a breaking change to v4 to remove so this will not be removed in v4.
