169.254.53.71 是一个属于特殊地址范围的 IPv4 地址，通常用于自动配置 IP 地址（Automatic Private IP Addressing，APIPA）。

APIPA 地址范围为 169.254.0.1 到 169.254.255.254，其中 169.254.53.71 是在这个范围内的一个可能分配的地址。这些地址通常用于设备发现和在小范围内的局域网中进行通信。然而，它们不能在因特网上进行路由，并且不适用于大型网络。
