Major - NPC Sale list about crystal HOT 7 OPEN

I cant seem to re-create this.
Clicking a new NPC closes the current sale window for me, then when new one opens, has the right stuff.

Might be worth noting this is also found in Mir 1, I noticed it a few weeks back when testing some NPC scripts. I thought it was a script issue but after checking both NPC scripts I couldn't see any issue.

The "credit" consignment of consignment NPC is also not open, and the source code seems to hide this function.

I'll have a look at this one tomorrow, if nobody beats me to it, either a client cache error or server error somewhere
