New Topic System about superscript HOT 2 CLOSED

Most of this work is done and in the topic branch. I'm waiting on PR in natural before we can merge this branch in.

Some key changes here;
ALL topics are now being searched, and the order is as follows.

1. PRE System hook topic
2. Previous topic or current topic.
3. Best keyword match using TF-IDF this could be several topics.
4. Any topics missed because they didn't have a keyword or were dynamically generated
5. POST hook system topic.

Next key change;
Matches will continue to be processes until output is generated, so if you have a match that does not generate any output we keep looking. This will allow functions to save data to the system of flip bits or do processing etc, and allow other matches to do the output generation.

Topic Mixins and includes have been deprecated. This functionality has been replaced by allowing us to span multiple topics and the functionality was to hard to grok.
