@ahilles107 oh not sure we want to add zmq to all containers, we should probably ignore those types of checks when installing. Going to dig into it a bit more to see what we should be doing.

We currently do add PHP extensions to our Dockerfile - in due course we'll split up the Dockerfiles to make them leaner.
In the meantime, I've added this in dependabot/dependabot-core@39892fd, and will push a release once the build passes.
