to implement a checker for `df_state` values about supy HOT 7 CLOSED

I finished this step of the checker. Would you please go through the json file to see any modification is needed? The code is here. Some of the values are assigned to NA since a check is not possible at this point. The next step would be having a file to check the relationship between them, but for this I need your help since I am not familiar with some of them
