Problem Statement : We are evolving as a company to support third party developers to write more compelling apps and publish to https://apps.intuit.com/ . Developing sample apps on multiple technologies/programming language is our ticket to encourage developers to develop more apps and publish in our apps.com. We don’t have track of our sample apps and neither we are worried much on the quality of our sample apps. Paint Point : We don’t have a system[to my knowledge] to analyses our sample app download count. How many downloads for a given sample app and its popularity. If we can understand the statistics of our sample app download count we can do the statistic modelling and analysis of our number of apps developed in our apps.com which can be directly contributing to our inflows for the apps registered in our apps.com Solution : We can develop a dashboard of sample apps. The dash board give us the statistics of the total apps on each technology and its download count. We can share this data with our developers to make our system more transparent and compelling our developers to write more apps keeping our sample apps as base.
