我怀疑是我pip没有升级到最新版本的问题，于是重新按照原requirements逝世了一遍。

经查，为nonebot_plugin_gocqhttp与haruka_bot依赖冲突的问题，但实际上haruka_bot在httpx=0.22.0下也能正常工作。
解决方案：将haruka_bot以源码方式引入src/plugins，去除hakura-bot的依赖，使用httpx=0.22.0，请拉取最新的更新QAQ。
