Get JobSpawn working about fmt-micro HOT 2 CLOSED

So the go_libs branch does fix this, but there's some weird issue where data is carrying over from previous runs of the format function.

Here's running luafmt a few times on the plugin. Each run still works, even with the excessive filepath spam.

fmt: Running "luafmt -i 2 -w replace fmt.lua fmt.lua fmt.lua fmt.lua fmt.lua fmt.lua"

This happens on both formatters with and without args (such as prettier and rustfmt)

Looking further into it, and for some reason, the filepath is getting inserted into fmt_table, when I do table_insert(target_fmt[3], file_path).
