Okay, I found that the app is continuously scanning for new files and prompts a message whenever it finds a new file. Now the crucial fact for this issue is that a file is regarded as new if it changes size. So of course the file is continuously removed and added, while it's being downloaded (because file size changes all the time).
Any suggestions on how to overcome this?
