tar -zxvf javadoc.chm-2.1.0.tar.gz
- ./run.bat <javadoc zip 解压目录> <编码>
如果下载中文版的，编码应该是 GBK，英文版的应该是 utf-8 或者 iso8859-1

Windows环境下最简单的方法:将lib的jar包放到JRE的扩展类文件夹中(%JAVA_HOME%/jre/lib/ext)
