Thank you for that workaround! Really helpful indeed (I didn't know literal CSS syntax).
But I think it's still a bug and should be fixed. Playground in official website have the correct behavior, so perhaps the bug is related to the integration with Astro.

However @css seems still not to work. Very likely an issue in Astro so I put up an issue here: Issue 6300 in Astro

Sorry, seems a strategy that is used in Astro. And such processed code can work. My carelessness had caused this bug because of other reasons in my program.
