Delete datapoints older than, e.g., 1 month.

We should track the assorted metrics of the app, and of course track them within (and without) the app.

a second api, which only accepts a start time from=... and streams out the new values. this is independent of compatibility with grafana or kale etc.

use scalaz and http4s.

Ideally in graphite api format.

• parse epoch times e.g. 12345678 12345678ns
• parse a selected set of HH:mm:ss like formats
• parse relative times sans date and month e.g. &from=-8d&until=-7d
• parse relative times with date and month e.g. &from=january+1

Ideally not graphite's existing fugly shit.
