If I try to change the value of -k to sn-platform everything looks OK. So -k value is a pulsar release name?

Kubernetes resource names have to be dns compatible. Because of the release name containing 1.0.0 you're adding dots to your dns name which isn't allowed in kubernetes for it's resources as far as i know. They validate it with this regexp normally: https://github.com/kubernetes/apimachinery/blob/3c2682fedbf25e98d89c710d5d707636ac0d6ce4/pkg/util/validation/validation.go#L213
