Instead of building from source, Axelar releases binaries into Github releases. I wonder if we can download the appropriate binary for the platform and use those. Axelar already has a sophisticated build workflow on their GH CI. Perhaps we can leverage it instead of duplicate it here. One caveat is supporting Apple silicon which would limit Mac users from testing locally.

I doubt they release fully static binaries, which would require the shared libs to be copied in also.
