Add turning on headland about guidancesteering HOT 7 OPEN

Implementation for finite state machine idea. This will handle the complete guidance including turning states.

Regarding Autoturn and it's possible future existence, I wonder if you would consider allowing the "Start Turning Now" position to be placed outside of the field, so the GPS could turn in a headland area instead of only from within the field.

For example, the Autoturn/Autostop feature in GPS for FS17 only allows you to turn from within the field, to a minimum of 1m from the edge. This causes it to miss a lot of small bits around the edge of the field, depending on your implement. You can't set it to drive a few meters outside of the field before turning. It has a range of 1m to 80m from the field edge, but it would be nice if it had, say, a range of -20m to 80m. This would allow players to orient their vehicles and implements with the track before driving into the field, instead of the implement slowly sliding into place after it already missed a section.

Well as you can configure the distance to do the action (stopping/turning) you can set it on 0 which means it's already over the field edge and than start the turn. So yeah as I did it now that's possible.
